Retrofit West voucher funding changes from September
Households across Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset and South Gloucestershire can currently access discounted home energy assessments through the Retrofit West Homeowner Voucher Scheme. However, the level of support available is changing.
Until 31 August, eligible homeowners can apply for up to two vouchers, each covering up to 80% of the cost of a qualifying survey (up to £500 per survey).
From 1 September, vouchers will continue to be available but at a lower level of support, covering up to 50% of survey costs (up to £400 per survey).
The voucher scheme is due to end in December, although funding may end sooner if all available vouchers are allocated.

A few things to note
Please be aware that vouchers issued from now onwards are only valid for six weeks from the date they are issued. We currently have assessment slots available and can help you access the funding while it’s still available.
Although funding for our Heat Pump Assessments has now ended, 80% discount vouchers remain available for Home Retrofit Plans (as mentioned above) until 31 August, after which the level of support will reduce to 50%.
