Steve works on gathering feedback from Households that have had a Retrofit Survey, in order to see where people are on their Retrofit Journey.

Worked for many years in Industry, mainly focused on providing Speciality Chemicals to (a) make manufacturing processes more efficient and (b) to help to produce more environmentally friendly products.  Helped the first Paper Mill in the UK to make Newspaper base using 100% Recycled Paper, and also helped to design the UK’s first FSC Certified Wallpaper.

He is married with a son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. He loves walking, cycling, family history, singing and seeing old mates (from school days, Uni, work etc).
