Stephanie develops the communications and marketing across our Home Energy Programme and improves the systems behind our customer experience, helping connect local people with clear, accessible support and advice.
With a decade of experience in content marketing, Stephanie has worked across the education, healthcare and not-for-profit sectors. She later completed a master’s in literature, exploring how storytelling can reveal the links between environmental and social issues – an interest that continues to shape her work today.
Stephanie grew up in Saltford and now lives in east Bristol. She supports local initiatives such as Bristol Women’s Voice and enjoys weekend hikes, learning textile art and reading for her eco-lit book club.
