Customer Service and IT Coordinator

Kat supports both customer service and IT at BWCE and is often the friendly voice at the end of the phone. Whether she's helping customers access support or solving technical problems for colleagues, she enjoys finding practical solutions. She is often overheard saying "Have you tried turning it off and on again?"

Kat's background is in the charity sector, where she provided direct support to people, primarily within the domestic abuse sector. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work and brings a person-centred approach to everything she does.

Outside of work, Kat enjoys baking, running and reminding everyone that she has completed all six World Marathon Majors (she promises it comes up naturally in conversation) and enjoys showing people pictures of her (very handsome) cat.
