Alex Jones

Head of Operations

Alex leads development and integration of the operational systems that underpin BWCE’s organisational growth. She is responsible for IT and data security, HR, internal policies and social impact reporting. She brings over a decade of leadership experience in business operations and has delivered complex projects for both charitable and commercial organisations.
 
Alex has worked as a non-executive director for a large London Housing Association and is a Trustee of Children Change Colombia and of the BWCE Fund. She is currently studying an MSc in Renewable Energy: Technology and Sustainability at the University of Reading.

Having lived and worked in Colombia, her favourite city (other than Bath, of course!) is its capital, Bogotá.
