Customised Plan: Following your initial assessment and advice, the Retrofit Coordinator helps you decide on your preferred way forward and creates a detailed plan for delivery of measures, tailored to your home’s specific needs. This plan outlines exactly what needs to be done and in what order.

Project Manager: The Retrofit Coordinator can manage the entire project, working to ensure everything is done according to the plan.
Hiring Experts: They hire the necessary experts, such as designers and installers, to carry out the work.
Check Compliance: Assessment of whether proposed works meets statutory obligations (planning & building control) and safety and quality standards, to mitigate risks.

Ad hoc advice can be provided on an hourly rate of £70+VAT.
Stage work would be charged at a day rate against an estimated number of days dependent on project size/complexity.
