The webinar aims to cover a broad range of topics you should be aware of before purchasing a heat pump.

• Controls

• Time of day tariffs

• Do you run them 24-7? Most efficient ways of running them

• Installation costs

• How to go about getting quotes? Installers versus energy companies

• Follow-up services offered by BWCE and Transition Bath.

There will be time for questions during the webinar. However, any queries about individual properties will be addressed separately in a one-to-one meeting, which will be offered to homeowners after the session.
