The building is owned by Bath & North East Somerset Council and is the site of their One Stop Shop. All 38 kW of power generated is used to help run their newly installed low energy lighting system. The installation consists of 152 panels mounted on special structure to place the weight directly over the purlins. As the building faces East the panels are orientated east west to maximise output and catch both the morning and afternoon sun. The contractor was GB Sol.
