Three Ways in Bath is the latest school to benefit from rooftop solar installation from BWCE, with solar panels being installed over the October half-term 2022.

Roof area covered: 635 m2
PV Generated Energy/year: 123,500 kWh
Carbon saved/year: 26 tonnes
Carbon saved over the 25 year life of the installation: 645 tonnes
Proportion of the school’s electricity demand met by solar: 29%
This installation generates enough energy to power an electric car for 617,000 miles each year. That’s 25 times around the earth every year!

- We manage the system, so less hassle for the school.
- We sell the electricity generated at a discount, so lower energy bills for the school.
