During this year it is planned that the three Executive Directors will be paid the following as contributions towards the time they will spend on the day to day operations of the organisation.
Directors Earnings (PAYE)
Jeff Kenna: £4,000
David Bunker: £4,000
Payment for Professional Services
Peter Capener: £15,000
Jeff Kenna: £33,700
David Bunker: £6,000
The Non Executive Directors are voluntary posts
Earnings from Shares
Directors will earn interest on any investment they make in Bath & West Community Energy on exactly the same basis as any other member.
The Executive Directors currently hold the following shares in Bath & West Community Energy, representing 6% of all member shares.
Peter Capener: £500 directly and £19,500 via pension
Jeff Kenna: £20,000
David Bunker: £5,500
