The Bath & West Community Energy team originally came together through the energy group of Transition Bath. There are 7 directors, 3 Executive and 4 Non-executive, who between them have:
- Expertise in renewable energy and energy efficiency projects

- Legal expertise
- Electricity contracting and negotiation experience
- Financial track record
- Business experience
- Accounting and financial expertise
- History of working on community projects in Bath and surrounding area
